Writing this as I'm finishing what's unfortunately going to be my last burrito here before I move....this is hands down, without a doubt, singlehandedly the best Carne Asada burrito in ALL of San Diego. And I've tried many of them. The tortilla they use is superb, wonderful flavor and the perfect chewy texture. They toast it just right, every time. The meat they use is packed with that classic carne asada flavor and cooked till perfectly tender while maintaining a nice browned texture to it. The pico is fresh. The guacamole is always high quality. But my favorite thing ...they absolutely STUFF the burritos with meat!! They are NOT skimping at all. Even when the prices had to be raised due to inflation, they added more meat to it to compensate.

Great food and fast service! One of the BIGGEST burritos in town! I ordered the California burrito and it was as big as my forearm. I took it to go but the food was ready before the scheduled pick up time & hot & fresh.

Two of our friends are always raving about Los Chavos, so my husband and I finally tried it. We LOVED it. I had a New Year Breakfast Burrito with bacon, eggs, hash browns and beans. It was huge, and jam-packed with crispy bacon in every bite. No skimping on the high-dollar ingredients here. My husband had the Huevos Rancheros which were also awesome, complete with a spicy kick. We also appreciated the super friendly staff. Los Chavos is our new favorite Mexican fast food place.

The food is always done just right this morning I had the Glamis with a friend and it was perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly before adding it to the burrito you could taste the freshness and huge bites of steak and bacon. Special thanks to Junior for his big smile and knowledge of menu cause I was gonna get something else.

I love me some Huge & Flavorful Burritos ! Me and my buddies came here it was amazing !! We all go different items and shared. I got the huge California which was amazing. My buddy got the hot Cheeto burrito and he loved it. I took a bite and it was so good. My other buddy got the chicken cream chicken fries. They put some much chicken on the food it takes 2 people to finish it ! We shared fish rolled tacos which were also yummy ! We each finished off with a tacos cabeza which was yummy. Dinning room has plenty of seating ! Definitely coming back to try some other items on the menu !

Quality tacos. 3 for $8.50. I had cabeza and they were great. Would love to have a Taco Tuesday special better than a $4 beef Taco. Other than that, very tasty.

Somebody loves the chicken tacos from this place. I particularly like the fish tacos. Today the fish taco was very crispy and tasty! They're very good in the summer. This place is hopping outdoor seating walking distance from different parts of El Cajon. Their menu is expensive. I haven't tried the torta but it's on my list! The prices are fair and sometimes it has indoor seating as well. If you're looking for good Mexican food, especially the fish taco look no further than los Chavos number four I wonder where the other three are if there is such a place or places! For being one of the if not the most expensive cities in the US, San Diego does have a lot of food sources that are within income level. You really have to go out and search for places like this. Leave your comfort zone and come to location such as Cajon on 2nd Street and Greenfield. Yeah! There's hundreds of Mexican food places like this around the city but I like this one!
